Welcome to Mapathink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and travel booking services specializing in Thailand and Singapore travel packages.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To access certain features of Mapathink, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and up-to-date.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

All bookings made through Mapathink for Thailand and Singapore travel packages are subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in USD or THB/SGD depending on the location. Full payment or a specified deposit is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change due to seasonal fluctuations or currency exchange rates until the booking is confirmed.

3.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by package and destination. Generally:

• Cancellations 30 days prior: 100% refund (minus admin fees).
• Cancellations 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 15 days prior: No refund.

The Mapathink name, logo, website design, and all original content (including itineraries, travel guides, and photographs) are the exclusive property of Mapathink and are protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Mapathink acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from third-party services.
• Delays or cancellations caused by weather, strikes, or "Acts of God".
• Loss of personal belongings during travel.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
