General Overview
At Mapathink, we strive to provide the most flexible travel experience possible. Our refund policy is designed to balance the interests of our travelers with the non-refundable commitments we make to local partners in Thailand and Singapore.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted through the "My Bookings" portal.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
- The date of the cancellation request is based on the UTC+7 (Thailand) or UTC+8 (Singapore) time zone respectively.
Thailand Packages
Thailand tour packages involving island hops (Phuket, Koh Samui) are subject to seasonal weather conditions. If a tour is cancelled by the operator due to safety:
Receive 100% value to use on another activity during your stay.
85% cash refund if no alternative activity is selected.
Singapore Packages
Singapore attraction tickets (Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay) are often issued instantly and are strictly non-refundable once the voucher code has been generated.
Note for Combo Passes
If any part of a multi-attraction pass is scanned, the entire pass becomes ineligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Login to Account
Access your dashboard and navigate to 'My Bookings'.
Select Package
Choose the booking you wish to cancel and click 'Refund Request'.
Submit & Track
Confirm details and track the status in your portal.
